Grown in the Bei Shan mountain of Nantou County, Taiwan these plants are grown at 1,100 meters (3,609 feet). The leaves are grown using organic farming techniques, and hand picked during the spring and winter harvests. Oxidized to between 15-20% this is a lightly caffeinated, flavored tea perfect any time of day. A golden hued cup is introduced by a lush, peachy aroma. The palate is rich, sweet, and juicy followed by a bright, buttery finish. Top notes of stone fruit are accented by midtones of citrus, followed by creamy endnotes to bring it all together.
