Sail Ship (Filter)

Sail Ship is a curation of the finest varietals from the Menezes Ribeiro family farm, consciously processed and transported by sail across the Atlantic Ocean. Our filter roast has a smooth profile, with mellow notes of milk chocolate, Brazil nut and raisin, meticulously roasted to suit filter brewing methods. Shipped from Brazil to France, Sail Ship forms part of a larger project with likeminded partners who are addressing the carbon emissions associated with traditional coffee transportation. The initiative sees coffee and other cargo shipped by state of the art, wind-powered sailing vessels, that reduce carbon emissions by 4x when compared to average diesel-powered sea freight.
