Sound Healing & Meditation (Up to 40 minutes)

This service includes a guided meditation & sound healing session in one.  You will be contacted upon booking to determine a date, time, and location for those who choose to have an in person session. This experience will be personalized to you. You will also receive a questionnaire where you can indicate certain things you wish to accomplish from this session & the intentions behind this meditation.
