The Automation

It’s an everyday workhorse where other smokers and grills fall short. Stainless steel and made in the USA, the Automation gives you the smoke flavor and fat render of an offset with the ease and function of a pellet smoker. It’s designed to cook top down like an offset, and avoids the radiant heat from the drip pan, like in almost all other pellet smokers. Plus, with the optional use of the Smoke Enhancer, you can get extra smoke flavor by burning pellets or small wood splits above the fire. But the benefits don't stop there. The Automation is highly versatile giving you the ability to actually grill open flame, and the warming drawer allows for a long heated rest that your favorite restaurant swears by. And don’t forget the option to cold smoke in that same warming drawer. Current Pellet Smoker lead time is about 4 weeks. Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time. A 4% processing fee will be applied to all cancelled orders to cover transaction and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding.
