Freestyle Libre CGMs are prescription-only (Rx).We make the process easy and streamlined — here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Select Your Refill Plan & Place Your OrderChoose your preferred duration (e.g., 1–6 months) and submit your request for a prescription evaluation. 2️⃣ Complete a RX FormUnless you already have a record with us, you'll receive an email with a secure link to fill out your medical history for provider review. 3️⃣ Medical Review in 2–3 Business Days (M-F)A licensed medical provider will review your intake and determine if you qualify for a CGM prescription. 4️⃣ Fill Your PrescriptionOnce approved, you can pick up your Freestyle Libre CGM at your local pharmacy or opt for shipping through us. 5️⃣ Start Testing with the Tastermonial AppDownload the app to begin guided food experiments and track real-time glucose responses. 💡 Important:This is a prescription-only product. Your CGM cannot be dispensed without provider approval. We’ll guide you through every step to make it as easy and fast as possible. 💰 Cost Note:Depending on your insurance coverage, you may pay $70–$175 for a one-month supply (2 sensors).
