Bertha is made with twelve layers of dark chocolate cake, sandwiched with twelve layers of a milk and dark chocolate blend to make the signature ganache. And each slice weighs around a whopping 1KG!Until now, getting your hands on a slice usually involved travelling to Leeds, knowing someone travelling to Leeds, or staring longingly at Get Baked’s Instagram.
