The Creepy Creams formula is a dense cream that is easy to apply and blend with fingers or a brush. You can even use a liner brush for a wing! The creams do not fully set on their own, so we recommend setting with loose powder if you want longer wear on the eyes. As is, they make for a very comfortable blush or lip color. The formula also plays well as an adjuster to existing cream blushes or lipsticks you might want to alter the tone of!
