Candida Bath Cleanse

Candida bath cleanse was created to assist with fungal infections and overall womb health  Ingredients: Oregano, Rosemary, Sage, Calendula and Thyme  Oregano has said to be one of the most effective herbs against yeast Rosemary helps to maintain the overall health of the uterine lining  Sage may assist with fungi, PMS Symptoms and vaginal moisture Calendula can assist with bacterial vaginosis, odor, dryness and inflammation such as burning and itchiness Thyme powerhouse for antioxidants contains anti-bacterial anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties Directions: Take 1/2 cup of herbs and  16 cups of water (1 gallon). Steep for 10-15 minutes, strain the herbs and pour into bath water repeat 2-3 times a week Can also be used as a yoni steam Take 1/4 cup of herbs and 2 cups of water steep for 10-15 minutes. Can pour into a yoni seat or can squat over top of pot. Repeat 2-3 times a week
