Hand-selected, rubbed with proprietary seasoning and cured, then roasted on a rotisserie with pecan wood, this mouthwatering chop is served with Perry’s Signature Steak Butter;  add some Signature Sides for an unforgettable meal! Each pork chop is at least 18 oz. fully cooked, frozen, and shipped with dry ice.
