What You Said? is a UV dip powder. It is a soft bluish green inside and a medium bluish green in the sun. It will be a darker bluish green in the UV lamp. It contains flakes and glitter. *Some gels may impact the changing of UV dip powders due to the UV blockers in the gel top coat.
