Their mild, sweet flavor makes them a perfect choice to pair pasta, wrap in bacon, and more.  Oceanside’s scallops are dry, meaning they’re never stored in preservatives or other chemicals like you’ll find at other seafood companies. Our scallops are also free of added water that boosts the weight without adding product. For best results, thaw your scallops slowly by placing them in the refrigerator overnight. To use immediately, run under cold water until thawed, and then pat dry.
