It can be used on all iterations of the Pan (1948-1965) and Shovel (1966-1984) or Evolution (1984-1999). If a 5/16" spacer or H-D P/N 24795 (both available separately) is procured for the front engine mount, this can also be used for all iterations of Knucklehead (1936-1999) and Flathead (Big Twin side-valve only; 1937-1948). The wide base provides stability, and the holes permit the stand to be screwed or bolted to a work surface—particularly handy for tightening fasteners (like the cylinder head bolts) to proper torque specifications.
