Graph Zero’s Natural Dyed Neppy Denim Jeans in Persimmon / Natural Indigo bring traditional Japanese dye character into a classic everyday jean. Cut with a regular rise and regular straight fit, they offer a timeless silhouette with enough ease for comfortable wear while keeping a clean, structured shape. Made in Japan from 13oz naturally dyed selvedge denim, the fabric is woven on old-fashioned power looms using hand hank-dyed warp yarns coloured with natural indigo and persimmon tannin, paired with undyed weft yarns. Slub yarn is used in both warp and weft to create a rough, neppy texture unique to Graph Zero, while the raw fabric has no shrinkage prevention, twist prevention or singeing for a vintage feel. Based on a 1940s five-pocket pant, the jeans are one-washed and finished with orange selvedge, cotton sewing thread, hidden bar tacks, hidden rivets, original iron buttons, an orange label and a vegetable-tanned cowhide leather patch with original black foil.
