It features 1 column with 5 ceramic infrared burners for precise heat distribution. These elements are independently operated to evenly cook up to 200 lb. of meat. This unit's burner structure moves back and forth on a rail to distribute heat evenly. Its powerful, dual-direction motor allows it to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise. This broiler comes with an adjustable back burner structure to adjust the distance between the food and the heat source. Its adjustable stainless steel shields reflect heat back towards the cooking surface for more even and efficient cooking. A large grease pan, catch pan, and skewer set are included. It requires a 120V, 1-phase electrical connection and a natural gas connection for operation, but it is field convertible to liquid propane with the included kit.
