Marine Zoological Careers

Thinking about exploring the fields of Animal Care, Rescue, or Conservation? Immerse yourself in the world of zoos and aquariums. Marine Zoological Careers is the perfect experience for anyone who wants to follow their passion to care for and protect wildlife. This fun, interactive week is uniquely designed for high school students to gain an understanding of the different careers they can pursue at zoological facilities, including an exclusive in-water shark experience at SeaWorld Orlando's Shark Encounter. Campers will learn the job requirements and responsibilities by meeting experts in the field, experiencing an up-close animal encounter, and hands-on activities.  This fully chaperoned day camp program includes the following amenities: Experience a signature animal encounter and an animal feeding opportunity. Participate in a behind-the-scenes visit, including an exclusive in-water shark experience. Dive deeper into marine zoological careers through thematic hands-on activities and interactive experiences including touching a shark. Gain insight into careers working with animals during habitat visits. Two camp t-shirts, a water bottle and an afternoon snack included. Priority access at select attractions and reserved seating at select animal presentations. Complimentary admission to SeaWorld Orlando following camp each day for camper. Parent Handbooks and Registration Forms are released mid Spring. All components and activities are subject to change without notice.
