Transport Chain ConstructionConstructed using high-strength carbon steel, this chain is heat-treated and strength-tested to ensure superior quality and performance. It has a yellow zinc chromate finish that conforms to ATSM B633 Type II for corrosion protection and quick identification as a grade 70 tie down chain.The hooks are made from forged carbon steel, with a clevis fastener so you can replace damaged hooks with little hassle. The clevis grab hook has a non-cradle design that allows it to fit through a flatbed trailer rub rail for quick yet secure connections, and a shallow throat opening for easy connection to chain. The clevis slip hook with latch has a wider mouth for compatibility with D-rings and other anchor points.
