Live Norwegian Red King Crab

Norwegian King Crab season has arrived and brought with it a formidable harvest. We are bringing in weekly imports of live King Crabs to be held in our tanks to ensure the product arrives to our customers still kicking and at peak freshness. Following the natural weight diversity across the population and in an effort to respect sustainability efforts, we are stocking 3 distinct sizes, starting with a 5lb and under spec that is ideal for smaller gatherings and tastings, going up to a 5-7lb range, and finally a 7lb+ option for the most indulgent events. Typically known for their massive size, as indicated by the name, King Crabs are equally delightful in these more accessible sizes with their intensely oceanic freshness, delicate sweetness, and deep umami. The smaller sizes and unusually large harvest has also allowed us to price these delicacies at rates not seen in years. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy one of the ocean's rarest gifts as we dive into the last months of summer and grilling season. Please allow a few days extra time for this product to ship, as it is subject to availability from our fishing partners but usually readily available within a couple of days.
