The incredible liquid spends five years aging, first in American whiskey casks, then in Spanish casks that previously contained sherry, bestowing a sublime touch. Tasting Notes Color: Dark amber with copper highlights. Body: Full body. Aroma: Sherry, dried plums, apricot, and cherries. Maple syrup, hazelnut, and intense oak. Flavor: Dried plums, cinnamon, crème caramel, vanilla, and crystalized ginger.
