This blend of four organically grown arabica coffees is designed especially to be brewed in espresso machines or an aeropress. Dark oily South American beans provide a traditional flavor base, while Sumatra adds a deep smokiness that cuts through the milk in your latte. Central American beans help bring out the caramel and bright notes, and African beans add sweetness, subtle fruit, and crema to the shot.
