This item measure 35x35 and has a depth of 8cm. It contains a kitchen, Study, bedroom and toilet area. It easily fits over 20 Smiskis. Includes 2x lamps ( 1 Bubble and 1 Desk lamp) 3 ceiling Lights Two Chairs for the middle desk. (Please let me know if you prefer a certain colour, pictured is Apple Green but it will ship with the Pastel Green to Blend in) 1x Pillow - (I have made this separately just so that you can choose whether or not there is a pillow, the sleeping guy comes with one already while some other lying ones don't) Please note the lights will be included but the batteries cannot be shipped overseas and therefore will not. These take AG3 batteries which you can easily grab on Amazon. Please note that LED lights use a diode to emit light, the item doesn't not contain bulbs. This is a tiny yellowish chip that is inside the lights. Its actually cheaper to purchase the whole light system than the batteries off Amazon, so send me a message when you get your item and I can point you towards the correct lights/batteries to get.
