The Hammacher Schlemmer Classic Lionel Train

This is the motorized train set from Hammacher Schlemmer and manufactured by Lionel, the foremost name in electric toy trains since 1900. The meticulously detailed set includes a red and green locomotive that “chuffs” and whistles like a real steam locomotive while its working headlamp illuminates the way ahead. Pulled behind are three cars: a tender car, gondola holding crates of Christmas presents, and a festive caboose. The included remote control operates the train’s motion, rings the bell, and sounds the whistle. Includes 24 curved and eight straight track sections that form a 50" x 73" oval which surrounds even the fullest of Christmas trees.
